About me

My name is Anne and with Momentum Coaching I coach and accompany people in their search towards the realisation of their dreams.

I am the living example of the saying 'you are never too old to learn'. Indeed, coaching was not my first calling. After an interesting career at the Catholic University of Leuven, I started my own company as Professional Conference Organiser, which fitted some of my talents well, and I discovered a fascinating world of science and innovation.

However, after 18 successful years, the work could no longer offer me the fulfillment I was looking for and I became keenly aware of other themes that were closer to my heart in this phase of my life. This brought me to the fruitful path of coaching. I resolutely changed course.

I feel energized from doing the things that matter

From thoroughness and soundness. And from taking inspired action to realize this. I also feel tremendously fulfilled when my work is meaningful to others and when I experience leverage.

I chose the name Momentum for my company,
the moment that can tip the balance

Together with my clients, I like to explore the heart of the matter, for where sustainable change can be initiated. Over the years I have experienced that real transformation does not happen in the purely mental arena. It happens when you go out of your comfort zone to have new experiences, to feel the accompanying emotions and to experience things 'at first hand'.

Realizing that an organization cannot perform at a higher level than the level of consciousness of its leaders, I like to focus on leadership development, both individually and with teams.

I completed the Co-Active Leadership Program in 2017.
In addition, I followed the Fundamentals of ORSC (Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching) at CRR GlobalSince March 2020 I am a certified Leadership Circle Profile coach (https://leadershipcircle.com).

I am a member of the ICF and PCC certified.
